About Camelot

Entrepreneur Tom Case, a Licensed Customs Broker since 1968, founded Camelot in 1977. Since then our company’s success has been a direct result of the success of our clients. In fact, our first customer is still with us. We strive for accuracy in everything we do and continually seek to improve.

Camelot is looking forward to a bold future. The next generation of the Case family, daughter Kellie, joined the firm in 1996 and earned her Customs broker license and currently holds the position of President.

Our Mission

At Camelot, we are givers. We pride ourselves on our ability to contribute to our clients’ growth by cost efficient expediting of imports and exports while maintaining strong relations with everyone with whom we work.

At Camelot, we are family. We strive to respect each other and always support each other in our work.

At Camelot, we care about our customers. We deliver innovative strategies that build both import and export assistance as well as worldwide brokerage and transportation capabilities; we seek ways to constantly help improve our clients’ business growth.

At Camelot, we continually learn. We challenge assumptions daily and explore all means that will advance productive relationships inside and outside the company.

President’s Desk

Our motto:  “There is more to a Customhouse Broker than just a Customs entry,” still rings true more than forty years since its inception on January 20, 1977.

In marketing, the question that always has to be answered is what differentiates one company from another. Our answer? We always want to be the first to tell a customer about something new. To do this, we subscribe to as many services as are available to monitor trade and logistics issues each day such as International Trade Today, Customs Record, and more.

We also believe training and education are paramount to differentiating us from our competition. Customs expects brokers to be up-to-date on the latest changes and developments. Informed compliance is not just a slogan at Customs; it is their mandate to importers.  As your logistics partner, we continue our education with seminars and from our membership in the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America.  We also continue to have great expertise in understanding the Customs tariff.

Our partnership in the World Cargo Alliance gives us the ability to serve our clients from virtually any point on the globe.  The WCA is the world’s largest and most powerful network of independent freight forwarders. I always tell people that if you left something behind then we have the capabilities regardless of the size to pick it up and bring it back to you.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved that has sustained us through these first 45 years of business. We ask for your trust that we will always put our best efforts first to protect you and your company in all matters.
